We use software RME to predict RNA Second Structure.
We select two datasets respectively from PARS and DMS-seq to predict. However, it only predicted minority RNA secondary structures through dataset correction with the limitation of sequencing data coverage. So many transcripts only have RNA secondary structure information predicted without experimental data. If the transcript do have sequencing data covered, you can switch "DataSource" to see the RNA secondary structure predicted based on different datasets.
We use forna to show the result. The color just correspond to the predicted structure and has no relation to experimental data.
